Treasurer Trustee Role for WDDA
The Treasurer will work with the Trustees to manage a small budget that covers administrative costs and publicity and supports Wells Dementia Cafe to provide activities and events through a reserve fund for the Memory Café.
The role requires a person with finance and accounting experience to maintain a healthy set of accounts and report to the Board of Trustees.
The Treasurer is required to assist in the Annual Report to the Charities Commission.
It is desirable that the Trustee is able to support WDAA’s aims with ideas, vision and enthusiasm.
Hours – Monthly average 1-4hours.
WDAA aims to promote and protect the physical and mental health of people living with dementia and their carers and families in the community of Wells and its surrounding area, through the provision of support, education, information and practical advice.
