Local groups are a great opportunity to meet other people in similar situations.

They are fun and informal, run by qualified staff who can offer support and information if needed.

Meeting other people going through similar experiences to ourselves is an important part of managing any difficulties.

These groups offer opportunities to meet other people with dementia, make friends and have fun.

Why not try one of our local groups and see for yourself?

If you enjoy music and fancy getting together with a lovely group of people to sing, drum and have fun, then why not come along to Singing for the Brain every Wednesday from 11.15-12.45 at Seager Hall, Union Street, Wells.

Our lively and interactive inclusive music making group is open to everyone and is particularly suitable for older people, those living with dementia, memory problems and Parkinson’s Disease.
