Our lively and interactive inclusive music making group is open to everyone and is particularly suitable for older people, those living with dementia, memory problems and Parkinson’s Disease. Carers are also welcome! As well as singing all sorts of familiar songs, we also use West African djembe drums to create some fantastic beats and rhythms and we have been known to indulge in a relaxing sound bath with gongs, singing bowls and other wonderful instruments too. It’s a really uplifting experience!

Held every Wednesday 11.15am-1245pm
